Diana's imprisoned by a long-lost tribe of Amazons in Egypt, while the Cheetah lies sick in bed.

Wonder Woman, still on her quest to find her lasso is surrounded by armed warriors, and she doesn’t know what do, and has no choice but to defend herself and is presented in front of Queen Anahid, the queen of the Amazons, but not as Diana knows them. They are the Amazons of Bana-Mighdall. Just as Queen Anahid orders her warriors to stop attacking Wonder Woman, the queen greets her with open arms. They shake hands just when the queen spits deadly venom onto Wonder Woman’s face, causing her legs to become paralysed and she falls to the floor.

Meanwhile, Chuma in Syene Kesh is searching for his master, Barbara Minerva and outside, he hears a man ranting about a woman stealing his money to the manager of the hotel. He makes his way up to Barbara’s room and finds her on the bed, hung-over. She tells the story of her finding Amazons, but not like Wonder Woman.

With Wonder Woman, she is imprisoned and finds malnourished men. She gets up to try and help them but she herself has been weakened by the poison. She also meets a high priestess named Kadesha Banu and says the queen was surprised when she survived the poison and Wonder Woman must die!

Another plan is in motion has Queen Anahid asks her aide Assyra if the shells are ready and she replies that Colonel Hadal will be pleased.

Wonder Woman is in heavy chains as she finds herself weak and unable to stand. The high priestess Kadesha prepares her experiment on Wonder Woman but she hears a crash and turns around to see Wonder Woman. She cannot believe that Wonder Woman is still alive. Wonder Woman grabs the high priestess. The high priestess inhales sharply and realising what she is going to do, Wonder Woman throws her against the wall. She realises that the poison is still affecting her, because she had not meant to throw the high priestess that hard. She goes to see if she is alright, but finds that she is dead as she must have swallowed her own poison. Wonder Woman escapes but she is no closer to finding her lasso. Suddenly, she finds Nehebka dictating and grabs the tablet from her. Reading it, she finds one word in which she is familiar with: "Minerva". Looking up into the sky, it is also a full moon.
